رياض الأطفال: الحلقة المفقودة في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية - قراءة تحليلية -

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة دور رياض الأطفال في تهيئة طفل ما قبل المدرسة، خاصة بعد عجز التربية التحضيرية بالتكفل الكلي لهؤلاء الأطفال واعتبارها مرحلة غير إلزامية مقارنة بمن وصلوا لسن التمدرس القانوني، وهو الرهان الذي عجزت عنه المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية في إطار الإصلاح الذي عرفته والذي أعلنت من خلاله عن تطوير التربية التحضيرية وتعميمها. وهو ما عجز الواقع التربوي عن تحقيقه وللخروج من هاته الورطة، كان لزاما الاعتماد على مؤسسات اجتماعية مكملة، تستمد سلطاتها وقوانينها من القانون التربوي وبمنهاج وزاري خاضع للمراقبة، وهو الدور المنوط بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال كحلقة ضرورية من حلقات المنظومة التربوية بل و مكمل لها، لسد الفجوة الحاصلة بين المرحلة التحضيرية و مراحل التعليم الابتدائي الأخرى This study deals with the role of kindergarten in preparing a pre-school child, especially after the inability of preparatory education to fully provide for this children and considering it a non-compulsory stage compared to those who have reached the legal school age, a bet that the Algerian education system failed to make within the framework of reform that it knew and which through it, it announced the development and dissemination of preparatory education. Which is what the educational was unable to achieve and to get out of this predicament, it was necessary to rely on complementary social institutions, which derive their powers and laws from the educational law and with a ministerial curriculum subject to supervision, which is the role assigned to kindergarten institutions as a necessary link in the educational system, and even supplementary to it, to bridge the gap between the preparatory stage and the other stages of primary education.
