تعليمية التعبير الشفوي في ضوء إصلاحات الجيل الثاني

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه المداخلة إلى بلورة مجموعة من المفاهيم النظرية والتطبيقية المتعلقة بتعليمية اللغة العربية، في الجانب المتعلق بالتعبير الشفوي، الذي من خلالها يكتسب التلميذ أداة التواصل اليومي، وتعزيز رصيده اللغوي الذي اكتسبه من محيطه الأسري والاجتماعي مع تهذيبه وتصحيحه، حيث تبنت المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر إصلاحات الجيل الثاني النظرية البنائية الاجتماعية الثقافية. والتي ترى أن التعلم يتم من خلال الاحتكاك الإيجابي بالبيئة وعناصرها واستخدام اللغة. كما أنها في مجال التطبيقات التدريسية ركزت على الدور الاجتماعي في عمليات التعلم، وعلى استثمار المواقف الحقيقية في التعلم. لذا نجد أن منهاج اللغة العربية في الجيل الثاني أعطى الأولوية لتعبير الشفوي، الذي لم يأخذ مكانته اللائقة في المناهج السابقة، إلى جانب الاهتمام بالاستماع، نظرا لدوره الأساسي في هيكلة الفكر وصقل الشخصية، وكأساس ينبني عليه الفهم الذي يمثل مفتاح النفاذ في كل التعلمات، وقاعدة لبناء كفاءة التواصل وذلك من خلال تطبيق ما أصطلح عليه بالمقاربة الشفوية. الكلمات المفتاحية: النظرية البنائية، المقاربة الشفهية، ميدان فهم المنطوق (السماع)، التعبير الشفوي (المحادثة) Abstract:This intervention aims to understand clearly some theorical and practical concepts concerning teaching oral Expression in the Arabic language, which give the student some helpful communication skills and increase his vocabulary in addition to memorize the vocabulary that he learnt from his social environment. Hoping to achieve better education experience for students, the Algerian education ministry made deep reforms titled as "second generation reforms". The ministry based on these reforms believe that a good educational experience comes from positive interaction with environment and all its elements while using the language as we can clearly see the concentration on the social part in the educational process and that by giving the priority to oral expression in the Arabic languag second generation curriculum. That's Unlike the previous curriculums that dismissed this aspect the reforms also gave importance to listening as it has a basic role in building the student's personality and improve his thinking abilities which also leads to good understanding and play a key role in every education process and all this can be achieved by applying the approach known as "oral approach".
