المقاولاتية كأحد مداخل التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة في الجزائر

Résumé: تعتبر المقاولة النسوية أحد أبرز مداخل التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، حقيقة أصبحت تنادي بها التقارير الدولية والواقع المعاش الذي يؤكد على حقيقة هذه القوة الكامنة، التي لا طالما لم تعط لها في مرحلة سابقة تلك الأهمية، لكن الدراسات المجراة في المرحلة الأخيرة أثبتت الأهمية المتزايدة التي يكتسيها النشاط المقاولاتي النسوي، ومساهمته في إحداث فارق النمو بين الاقتصاديات ؛ هذا ما دعا العديد من البلدان لتبني هذه التوجه الجديد، وتشجيع العمل المقاولاتي النسوي من خلال تبني العديد من الاستراتيجيات وتطبيق جملة من السياسات. والجزائر بدورها وعت بأهمية المقاولة النسوية وقامت بإرساء العديد من الآليات الداعمة للإنشاء، إلا أن المؤشرات الإحصائية تعكس معدلات مشاركة منخفضة، مما يتطلب التفكير الجدي في كيفية دعم النسيج المؤسساتي النسوي. الكلمات المفتاحية: تمكين إقتصادي؛ مقاولة نسوية؛ آليات داعمة؛ دوافع؛ تحديات. تصنيف JEL: 26؛ 2؛L Abstract: Women's entrepreneurship is one of the main entrance to the economic empowerment of women, the fact is calling for international reporting reality witch confirms the fact that the inherent power that is not as long as it did not in the previous stage of the importance, but the studies conducted in the last stage demonstrated the growing importance of the importance of women's entrepreneurship, and its contribution to the growth difference between the economies; this is what many countries have called on to adopt this new orientation, the promotion of women's entrepreneurship work through the adoption of many of the st of policies.
