Résumé: تستعرض هذه الدراسة تجربة المكتبة الرقمية للمدرسة الوطنية العليا لعلوم البحر وتهيئة الساحل في الجزائر. تهدف إلى توضيح الدوافع والإمكانات التي أُنشئت من أجلها المكتبة الرقمية، والتحديات التي واجهتها. أظهرت النتائج أن المكتبة الرقمية قادرة على تلبية حاجيات المستخدمين المعرفية بفعالية، مما يعكس نجاح المشروع بنسبة كبيرة. وقد أسهمت المكتبة في تسهيل الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات وتعزيز البحث العلمي، بالرغم من وجود بعض التحديات التي ما زالت تواجهها. This study reviews the digital library experience at the National Superior School of Marine Science and Coastal Planning in Algeria. It aims to clarify the motivations and resources for establishing the digital library and the challenges it faced. The results showed that the digital library effectively meets users' knowledge needs, reflecting a high success rate of the project. The library has facilitated access to information resources and enhanced scientific research, despite some ongoing challenges
