تقييم الأداء الشامل للشركات الصناعية باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، دراسة حالة مصنع الإسمنت بسور الغزلان، البويرة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في شركة صناعة الإسمنت بسور الغزلان،البويرة من خلال تصميم نموذج لهذا النظام ودراسة كيفية تأثير كل بعد على الأداء الشامل للشركة، ويعتبر هذا النظام وسيلة لتقييم الأداء وكأسلوب يمكن للشركات الأخرى الاستفادة منه لتقييم الأداء الخاص بها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الشركة تولي اهتماما كبيرا لعملية تقييم الأداء، غير أن أدوات التقييم التقليدية المستخدمة مثل الموازنات، ولوحة القيادة تبقى قاصرة عن إعطاء صورة حقيقية تعبر عن الأداء الشامل لها، في حين أن استخدام الطرق الحديثة مثل بطاقة الأداء المتوازن تساعد على تحسين مستوى أدائها، ومعالجة الاختلالات الناتجة عن نشاط الشركة. This study aims to apply the Balanced Scorecard dimensions in the Cement Manufacturing Company in Sour El-Ghozlane, Bouira, by designing a model for this system and studying how each dimension affects the company's overall performance. This system is considered a tool for performance evaluation and a method that other companies can benefit from for assessing their own performance. The study concluded that the company places significant importance on the performance evaluation process. However, traditional evaluation tools such as budgets and dashboards fall short of providing an accurate picture of overall performance. In contrast, the use of modern methods like the Balanced Scorecard helps improve performance levels and address the imbalances resulting from the company's activities.
