تطور المعاملات المصرفية الإلكترونية في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) -دراسة تحليلية لحالة الجزائر للفترة (2017-2021)-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تطور المعاملات المصرفية الإلكترونية في النظام المالي والمصرفي الجزائري خلال جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) للفترة (2017-2021). وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية في الجزائر حققت تطورا ملحوظا في حجم المعاملات المصرفية الإلكترونية المقدمة للزبائن خلال فترة الجائحة، لكنها لم ترقى لتطلعات العملاء ومواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في هذا المجال. This study aimed to shed light on the development of electronic banking transactions in the Algerian financial and banking system during the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) for the period (2017-2021). A set of results have been reached, the most important of which is that the financial and banking institutions in Algeria have achieved a remarkable development in the volume of electronic banking transactions provided to customers during the pandemic period, but they did not live up to the aspirations of customers and keep pace with developments in this field.
