مقومات تطبيق نظام التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر

Résumé: حاولت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء حول واقع التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر وأهم مقوماتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة من طرف الجزائر لنشر تطبيقات التجارة الإلكترونية من خلال تحسين بنيتها التحتية وتبني إستراتيجية إلكترونية سنة 2013 من خلال التحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية، إلا أنه مازال هناك ضعف في البنية التحتية التكنولوجية خاصة من خلال ضعف سرعة الانترنيت وارتفاع تكلفتها مقارنة بالدول المتطورة في هذا المجال، قلة الوعي لدى الفرد الجزائري بمزايا التجارة الإلكترونية وتفضيله للتجارة التقليدية، عدم وضوح آليات تطبيق قانون التجارة الإلكترونية الصادر سنة 2018 This study tried to shed light on the deality of e-commerce in Algeria and its most important components. The study concluded that despite the efforts made by Algeria to spread e-commerce applications dy improving its infrastructure and adopting an electronic strategy in 2013 through the move towards electronic management, there is still weakness in the technological infrastructure, especialy through the low speed of the internet and its high cost compared to the developed countries in this field, the lack of awareness among the Algerian individual of the advantages of ecommerce and its preference for traditionl trade, the lack of clarity in the mechanisms of application of the e-commerce law and the intention of the year 2018
