Résumé: الملخص: تتمحور دراسة التصريح المفصل في دراسة النظام القانوني لهذه الوثيقة في ضوء قانون الجمارك الجزائري من خلال بيان القواعد العامة التي تنظمه باعتباره عقد يبرم بين المستورد والمصرح وإدارة الجمارك،ومن جهة أخرى الوقوف على أهمية التصريح المفصل و المتمثلة في مباشرة الرقابة القبلية والبعدية على المنتجات التي تدخل الإقليم الجمركي. Summary: The study of the detailed declaration is concerned with the study of the legal system of this document in the light of the Algerian Customs Law through a general statement that regulates it as a contract between the importer and the customs authority. It also emphasizes the importance of the detailed declaration in starting the previous and later control over products that inside the Customs territory.
