دور المعلم في اختيار الطرائق التعليمية الناجحة في التدريس

Résumé: تعد طرائق التدريس من الموضوعات المهمة التي جذبت انتباه التربويين عبر العصور، ونالت قسطا وافرا من الدراسات والأبحاث التربوية، ولعل الاهتمام بطرائق التدريس ينبثق من اهتمام وزارة التربية والتعليم في كل مكان بالطالب أولا على اعتبار أنه محور العملية التعليمية، وثانيا بالمعلم الذي يظل فارس هذه العملية ، لذا وجب اختيار الطرائق المناسبة التي تحقق الأهداف التربوية وتسهم في نجاح العملية التعليمية، لأن طريقة التدريس ليست سوى مجموعة خطوات يتبعها المعلم لتحقيق أهداف معينة ، وإذا كانت هناك طرائق متعددة ومشهورة في التدريس فإن ذلك يرجع في الأصل إلى أفكار المربين عبر العصور وعن الطبيعة البشرية وعن طبيعة المعرفة ذاتها ، ونظرا لأهمية طرائق التدريس في العملية التعليمية ،فقد أوليت جل اهتمامي في دراسة هذا الموضوع وتبيان هذه الطرائق، فتناولت في بحثي هذا مفهوم طرائق التدريس ومعايير اختيار هذه الطرائق وخطواتها ، والعوامل المؤثرة في اختيارها وأسس التدريس وطرائقه ، إلى جانب صفات المدرس ومعايير نجاحه في التدريس واستعملت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . Rusumes: Through time and ages educators were interested by teaching methodologies as a crucial topic there were many researches and studies were emitted from the attention of the mimestry of education focusing firstlythe student centred interaction by involuing him in every thing second the teacher as a very important pillar of the educational process should chose carefully the suitable methods to achieve aims and success in fact educational method is a set of steps and principles that should be f ollowed to provide fruitful results the variety of methods of teaching is the result of educators and scholars ideas and diligence atout the human nature and the nature of knowledge itself however I was interested in this topic to highlight the concept of the different methodologies of teaching and show the various calibers to chose them in addition the affecting factors of teaching foundations then I talked about the teacher characteristics and his successful criteria in teaching process I used for that the descriptive method opening statement.
