مشكلة التقنية وضرورة إصلاح الإرادة العلمية والاجتماعية عند برتراند راسل

Résumé: .ملخص البحث: تزايدت أهمية التقنية وتعاظمت أهميتها في عالمنا المعاصر، لكن هذا النجاح تحول إلى رعب يخيف البشرية، وأمام واقع فصل الأخلاق عن العلم والحياة، يجب إصلاح الإرادة العلمية بجعلها أخلاقية و إنسانية، حتى يكون تجليها الاجتماعي إيجابيا؛ فتكون إرادة ضد الحرب وخادمة للسلام العالمي، إنّ ذلك يعد خطوة ضرورية لإنقاذ البشرية من جحيم واقع بائس ولإنقاذ العقل العلمي من خطورة تورطه في الحروب وجشع السياسيين. إنّ الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو البحث في التحول الذي نشأ في العالم بعد تطور التقنية العلمية، والتي انعكست على على واقع الإنسان المعيش، ونتيجة لهذا الوضع فقد انتهت هذه الدراسة إلى حتمية نقد العلم ونتائجه للنهوض به وبالحضارة المعاصرة، وجوهر هذا الإصلاح هو العودة إلى دائرة القيم التي تضبط كل ممارسة إنسانية. Abstract: The importance of technology has increased and its importance has increased in our contemporary world, but this success turned into a terror that frightens humanity, and in front of the reality of separating morality from science and life, the scientific will must be reformed by making it ethical and human, so that its social manifestation is positive; so it is a will against war and a servant to world peace. This is a necessary step to save humanity from the hell of a miserable reality and to save the scientific mind from the danger of its involvement in wars and the greed of politicians. The aim of this study is to research the transformation that arose in the world after the development of scientific technology, which was reflected on the reality of the human being, and as a result of this situation, this study ended in the inevitability of criticizing science and its results for the advancement and contemporary civilization, and the essence of this reform is to return to a circle The values that govern every human practice.
