Résumé: تسلط هذه المداخلة الضوء على أهمية التحول الرقمي في القطاع الضريبي في المنطقة العربية عموما وفي الجزائر على وجه الخصوص. كما تحاول ابراز فوائد تحديث الأنظمة الضريبية من خلال التكنولوجيا، بما في ذلك تحسين الكفاءة، الشفافية، والامتثال. كما تناقش أيضا التحديات التي تواجه الجزائر في هذا التحول، مثل محدودية البنية التحتية، ضعف المعرفة الرقمية، والمقاومة التنظيمية. وبالاعتماد على تجارب دول أخرى، تؤكد المقالة على أهمية الاستثمار في البنية التحتية الرقمية، رفع الوعي الرقمي، وإعادة تدريب الموظفين لضمان التنفيذ الناجح لنظام ضريبي رقمي. وتختتم المداخلة بتسليط الضوء على التأثيرات الإيجابية المحتملة لهذا التحول على الاقتصاد والمجتمع في الجزائر Abstract: This presentation highlights the importance of digital transformation in the tax sector across the Arab region, with a particular focus on Algeria. It aims to showcase the benefits of modernizing tax systems through technology, including improved efficiency, transparency, and compliance. It also discusses the challenges Algeria faces in this transformation, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and regulatory resistance. Drawing on the experiences of other countries, the paper emphasizes the importance of investing in digital infrastructure, raising digital awareness, and retraining employees to ensure the successful implementation of a digital tax system. It concludes by highlighting the potential positive impacts of this transformation on Algeria's economy and society.
