أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على ولاء الزبون في شركة تيلواز "الشلف" (الجزائر).

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة قياس أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على ولاء الزبائن لشركة "تيلواز" الشلف -الجزائر وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الإستقرائي الاستنباطي ، . وقد تم اختيار عينة ميسرة من زبائن شركة "تيلواز"، إذ تم الاعتماد على النسخ الإلكترونية والنسخ الورقية، حيث بلغ مجموع الإجابات 386إجابة. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لمساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بأبعادها الأربعة (المسؤولية الاقتصادية، المسؤولية القانونية، المسؤولية الأخلاقية، المسؤولية الطوعية) على ولاء زبائن شركة "تيلواز"، ولعل ما يفسر ذلك وجود علاقة ارتباط بين المتغيرين إذ بلغت فيمة (r=0.591). كلمات مفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، المسؤولية الاقتصادية، المسؤولية الأخلاقية، المسؤولية الطوعية، ولاء الزبائن. . تصنيفات JEL : Abstract The study aimed to measure the impact of social responsibility on customer loyalty At the company "Téloise" chlef-Algeria. This is based on the deductive inductive approach. A soft sample was chosen from the customers of the company "Téloise". electronic copies were supported with paper copies, the number of answers, With a total of 386 responses. The study concluded that there is an impact of the contribution of social responsibility in its four dimensions (economic responsibility, liability, moral responsibility, voluntary responsibility) to the loyalty of the customers of the company, which can be explained by the correlation between the two variables as the value of (r= 0.591).
