تقييم تأثير جودة الخدمات الفندقية على رضا النزلاء _ حالة عينة من الفنادق بولاية ميلة _

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير جودة الخدمات الفندقية في ولاية ميلة على رضا النزلاء، وهذا من خلال استخدام نموذج الأداء (Servperf) لقياس جودة الخدمة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تمّ تصميم استبانة مكونة من (38) عبارة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وتمّ توزيعها على عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في نزلاء فنادق ميلة، حيث تمّ توزيع (400) استبانة، استرجعت منها (382) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير إيجابية بين الأبعاد الثلاثة لجودة الخدمات الفندقية مجتمعة (الملموسية، الأمان، التعاطف) ورضا النزلاء في المؤسسات الفندقية محل الدراسة. The aim of this study is to see the impact of the quality of hotel services in Mila on guest satisfaction, and that's by using model performance (Servperf) to measure the quality of service, in order to achieve this objective researcher adopted a descriptive analytical, design has also been identifying consisting of (38) is a tool for collecting Information, was distributed to a sample study of Mila hotels, where guests were distributed (400) to identify, retrieve them (382) identifying valid analysis, the study had a positive effect and correlation between the three dimensions of quality hotel services combined (tangibility, safety, empathy) and guest satisfaction in hotel establishments under consideration.
