Résumé: Job Involvement is of great importance in interpreting a worker's relationship to his work Through which the company can know the extent and strength of that relationship. And it is a key and important issue for understanding organizational behavior at work. This is due to the vital role played by the integration of workers as a link at the level of their productivity. Algerian hospitals suffer from many problems, as all health organizations in the world. In order to preserve their survival and improve the quality of health services, care must be taken to improve the performance of the human resource and to strengthen its membership and Involvement. This study is based on the following hypotheses: - There is an acceptable level of Job Involvement in the studied sample of workers in Al-Zahrawi Hospital - M’sila. - There is an acceptable level of performance of the workers in the sample studied at Al-Zahrawi Hospital - - There is a significant statistical effect between the Job Involvement and the performance of the workers at the level of significance α = 0.05 in the sample studied from the workers in the hospital Zahrawi - M’sila - - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of Job Involvement due to the personal variables of the studied sample members The study was conducted at Al-Zahraoui Hospital, located in the wilaya of M’sila, , 110 questionnaires were distributed and 14 questionnaires were excluded due to lack of retrieval or incomplete. Therefore, the sample consisted of 96 questionnaires, 22.74%. After extrapolating many of the previous studies and research, we designed a questionnaire that fits the hypotheses of the study and consists of the personal data of the researcher, measuring the Job Involvement , measuring the performance of the employees. The results indicated that the overall mean of the Job Involvement axis is estimated at 3.73 and by a deviation of a standard of 0.58. This indicates that the rate of Job Involvement among hospital staff is fairly high. The results of the test indicate that T = 2.72 and the level of significance 0.004, so we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis, there is a level of statistical significance of the performance of workers in the institutions studied. Link ratio between Job Involvement and the performance of workers is 0.478, which is an intermediate correlation. In calculating the coefficient of determination after the correction, it is possible to say that 22.1% of the performance changes are explained by changes in Job Involvement and the rest is subject to other factors. The analysis of variance shows that the value of F is 27.89 at a level of 0.00 Means that there is statistical significance in the variation between Job Involvement and performance of workers, which allows to build a simple linear regression model between the two variables. In the following table, the regression model is shown at the level of significance of 0.00, since the integration of workers in their work is reflected positively on their performance and achieving maximum integration leads to enthusiasm and motivation among individuals towards the performance of their work. Therefore, the development of the Job Involvement of workers and attention to it is an important thing that the management of health campanies to study and attention to them. The study recommends the need to pay attention to the integration of workers and the provision of various social services and enhance the performance of employees in the hospital by providing all the possibilities and provide possible facilities
