سياسة الجزائرية الخارجية والأزمات الاقليمية دراسة حالة: تصفية الاستعمار في الصحراء الغربية والأزمة الليبية

Résumé: تنظر هذه الدراسة للمقاربة الاقليمية كأهم متغير يعكس توجهات وإدارة النزاعات في السياسة الجزائرية الخارجية من خلال الوقوف على جملة من المنطلقات والثوابت التي كانت وراء المنظور الجزائري ، حيث حرصت الجزائر منذ استقلالها على تبني سياسة خارجية تتسم بالاعتدال والوسطية ودبلوماسية مما أكسبها مكانة دولية مميزة. إذ شكلت الأزمات الخطيرة التي عرفتها المنطقة العربية والافريقية وبالأخص الأزمة الليبية(2011) تحديا للموقف الجزائري، الذي بقي ثابتا ورافضا للتدخل الأجنبي مؤكدا على المقاربة والمنظور الاقليمي، بالاضافة إلى موقفه الثابت دائما في قضية تصفية الاستعمار وحق الشعوب المستعمرة في تقرير مصيرها -الصحراء الغربية- من أجل الأمن والاستقرار الاقليمي. This study considers the regional approach as the most important variable that reflects the trends and conflict management in Algerian foreign policy by standing on a set of principles and constants that were behind the Algerian perspective, where as , since its in dependence Algeria has been keen on adopting a moderate, moderate and diplomatic foreign policy, which has earned it a distinguished international stature. As the serious crisis known in the Arab and Algerian region , especially the Libyan crisis 2011 posed a challenge to the Algerian position , which remained steadfast and rejected foreign interference, stressing the regional approach and perspective in addition to its always firm stance on the crisis of decolonization and the right of colonized people to determine their destiny-Sahara Western- for the sake of regional security and stability.
