Résumé: The present study aims to highlight the role of organizational support in strengthening the functional connectivity of workers in the faculty of mathematics and Material science (UKMO). To describe and analyze this phenomenon, the researchers adapt a descriptive and analytical approach. As a collecting tool, the questionnaire was chosen to be administrated on the target sample which consists of 75 participants. The obtained results were analyzed with the help of statistical package of social science (SPSS-25). Calculating the mean, the standard deviation and simple standard regression, the current work reached to the results that the level of organizational support registers a medium degree in comparison to the high level of functional connectivity that was recorded in the studied faculty. This implies that there is a direct correction with statistical significance between organizational support and functional connectivity. It is important to note that there was no statically significant differences in the functional connectivity due to personal and occupational variables with the exception of the variable related to gender.
