Résumé: تعالج هذه المذكرة قاعدة من أهم القواعد الفقهية المتعلقة بالضرورة ، إذا تجدها معها أينما حلت و الموسومة بالضرورة تقدر بقدرها فهاته القاعدة الجلية تحكم وتضبط وتقييد أفعال االمكلفين وتصرفام أثناء الضرورة ؛أي أا ضابط لشطر أفعال المكلفين حالة استب حة المحظور قدرا وزمن ، ولما لهاته القاعدة من أهمية كبيرة و مكانة عظيمة فقد جالت وخاضت في مجال العلوم الطبية فكان ميدان واسعا لها من خلال بيان الضوابط الشرعية الحاكمة في الطبيب والمريض أثناء للهالعلاج فتمنعه من مجاوزة حدود ا ، ا وعلى هذا حاولنا من خلال بحثنا لإجابة على الإشكال تيالأ : إلى أي مدى يمكن تطبيق القاعدة في اال العلوم الطبية؟ .
