تحليل مراحل تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لموضوع تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة ومراحله المختلفة وكذلك المصادر الضرورية والبديل التي تحتاجها لسد فجوة التمويل خاصة في المراحل المبكرة من دورة حياتها ، حيث تم التركيز في دراستنا على الجولات التمويلية التي تدخلها تلك المؤسسات بغرض الحصول على التمويل اللازم والملائم لها. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها، ان التمويل الملائكي وراس مال الاستثمار من اهم الآليات التمويلية في المراحل التأسيسية للمؤسسات الناشئة والتي تساهم في نمو تلك المؤسسات، بحيث تعطي تلك الآليات دعما ماليا لأصحاب المشاريع من اجل الخروج من نقطة الانطلاق. This study aimed to address the topic of financing start-ups and its various stages, as well as the necessary and alternative sources they need to bridge the financing gap, especially in the early stages of their life cycle. Our study focused on the financing rounds that these institutions enter. Among the most important results reached by the study is that angel financing and venture capital are among the most important financing mechanisms in the founding stages of start-ups that contribute to the growth of these institutions, as these mechanisms provide financial support to project owners in order to get out of the starting point.
