الاستثمار الملائكي كفرصة لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة

Résumé: The study aims to shed light on the role of angel financing as a financing mechanism for emerging institutions. The study introduced emerging enterprises, the various sources of funding for them, and introduced these angel investors and the most important advantages they provide to emerging enterprises. France was also mentioned in terms of the stages of financing emerging enterprises throughout their stages of growth, in addition to the most important positive points that angel financing grants to emerging enterprises in France. The study resulted in the fact that angel investors have many positives, the most prominent of which is providing financing, not only that, but also experience, advice, project discussion, and most importantly, providing channels that allow emerging institutions to deal with clients and investors in the advanced stages of their project. Key words: business angels, startups هدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التمويل الملائكي كأحد آليات التمويل بالنسبة للمؤسسات الناشئة. فقد جاءت الدراسة بالتعريف بالمؤسسات الناشئة، مختلف مصادر التمويل بالنسبة لها كما تم التعريف بهؤلاء المستثمرين الملائكة و أهم الإيجابيات التي يوفرونها للمؤسسات الناشئة. كما تم الإشارة لفرنسا من حيث مراحل تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة عبر مراحل نموها، بالإضافة إلى أهم النقاط الإيجابية التي يمنحها التمويل الملائكي للمؤسسات الناشئة في فرنسا. نتجت عن الدراسة أن للمستثمرين الملائكة العديد من الإيجابيات من أبرزها توفير التمويل الخبرة، النصائح، مناقشة المشروع و الأهم من ذلك هو توفير قنوات تسمح للمؤسسات الناشئة من التعامل مع العملاء والمستثمرين في مراحل متقدمة من مشروعهم
