Résumé: This study aimed to identify the relationship or the impact of ethical leadership pattern with its four dimensions(ethical personal qualities, ethical administrative qualities, human relationships, and environmental relationships) and organizational commitment to the secondary school of martyr Noureddine Zerouak in Medea, where the data was collected by the questionnaire ,after the answers we divided the teachers into two groups on the basis of organizational commitment, They are: a group of teachers with highorganizational commitment and a group of teachers with low organizational commitment, and this division is way we wanted through it the comparison between the two groups in terms of theirperception of the availability of ethical leadership pattern withthe four dimensions in the secondary school manager, using the curriculum analytical descriptive and a number of methods and statisticaltools which are: the style of categories, and (U) test of Mann Whitney. As result, we make sure that the imagine of the availability of ethical leadership pattern with the four dimensionsin the secondary school director by the group of teachers with high commitment was positively largest and the imagine of the group of teachers from the low organizational commitment, was less positive, as well we showed that, the primacy of the first group to the second group for the perception of the availability of ethical leadership pattern with the four dimensions in the direct responsible. It was a set of recommendations, which focused essentially on the need to pay attention to ethical values in the preparation and the installation of the leaders, and benefit from the advantages of ethical leadership style in ensure continued working in theorganization and the adoption of its targets
