Résumé: ملخص المداخلة: تهدف هذه الدراسة لعقد مقارنة بين المدرسة العقلية والحداثية في مآلات تأويل النص القرآني، وتم ذلك من خلال بيان أهم مصطلحات المقال، ثم تجلية مآلات التأويل المشتركة بين المدرسة العقلية والحداثية، ثم تفصيل القول في مآلات التأويل الخاصة بالمدرسة العقلية، فمآلات التأويل الخاصة بمدرسة الحداثيين، وختمت المقال بذكر نتائج وتوصيات البحث. الكلمات المفتاحية: مآلات؛ التأويل؛ العقلية؛ الحداثية؛ مقارنة.
