حقوق البث التلفزيوني للأحداث والمنافسات الرياضية الكبرى

Résumé: المنافسات والأحداث الرياضية الكبرى، تجلب ملايين إن لم نقل ملايير من المشاهدين والمتابعتين لها عبر العالم، الأمر الذي أدى بالدول والهيئات الدولية والقارية والإقليمية ذات الارتباط بهذه الأحداث الرياضية الكبرى، الى محاولة البحث عن الوضع القانوني لاستغلال حقوق البث التلفزيوني خاصة والحقوق السمعية البصرية عامة لهاته الأحداث الرياضية الكبرى، حفاظا على حقوق الجهات المالكة لهاته الحقوق من جهة وحماية لحق الجمهور في الاعلام الراغب في مشاهدة مباريات وفعاليات هذه الأحداث الرياضية الكبرى. :Abstract Major sporting events and events bring millions if not billions of viewers and followers across the world, which led the countries, international, continental and regional bodies associated with these major sporting events to try to search for the legal status of exploitation of television broadcast rights in particular and audiovisual rights in general for these events Major sports, in order to preserve the rights of the owners of these rights on the one hand and to protect the public’s right to the media wishing to watch the matches and events of these major sporting events.
