التناص في رسالة ابن خميس الفقهية

Résumé: يعد التناص من المصطلحات النقدية الحديثة التي حظيت باهتمام عدد من الدارسين والباحثين تنظيرا وتطبيقا، وهو يشكل مظهرا أسلوبيا في رسالة ابن خميس التلمساني، إذ يعتمد على نصوص أخرى لإغناء الدلالة بما يخدم أغراضه، بيد أن ثراء النصوص المتشابهة لا يتوفر إلا لشخصيات أدبية قليلة، باعتبار أن ذلك يتطلب اطّلاعا واسعا على مجالات مختلفة في العلوم الإنسانية بعامة، والأدبية بخاصة، والشاعر ابن خميس أحد هؤلاء، حيث إنه حشد في رسالته التي خصصنا لها هذه الدراسة تناصات تكاثرت وتوالدت وتمازجت ما بين الديني والأدبي والتاريخي، وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن قدرة الكاتب على المزج بين النصوص الغائبة والنص الحاضر في بنية نصية واحدة وتوظيفها بما يتلاءم مع قصده في متن رسالته. Abstract : Intertextuality is a modern critical term which attracted the attention of many scholars and researchers theoretically and appliedly .It forms the stylistic appearance in the letter of ibn Khamis Tlemsani. It relies on other texts for the aim of enriching the significance to serve its purpose, the richness of similar texts is available only to a few literary figures, considering that this requires a wide knowledge of different fields in Human Sciences in general, and literature in particular, the poet Ibn Khamis is one of them, In his letter, which we have devoted to this study, he has gathered Intertextuality that have multiplied and become mixture between religion, literature and history, this study seeks to reveal the writer's ability to combine the absent text with the existing text in a single text structure and employ them to suit the plan in his letter.
