Résumé: The current research aimed at finding out the impact of a training program in acquiring the new teachers with the competencies of the classroom management (adequacy of system control, the adequacy of classroom configuration, and the efficiency of stimulating motivation), as well as knowledge of gender differences between the scientific and literary specialities in the impact of the training program on the experimental group. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the experimental method and adopted semi-experimental design with two groups; experimental group and control group, tribal measurement and dimension measurement for both groups. The tribal test was applied in order to ensure the equivalence of the two groups in the adequacy of classroom management. (Adequacy of system control, adequacy of classroom configuration, and adequacy of motivation) The researcher also prepared a training program to provide the new teachers with the competencies of the classroom management so that it contains (10) sessions for each session (60m). A note network was designed based on the educational literature in this field. It has three dimensions that consist the adequacy of the system control on (9) paragraphs, and after the adequacy of the classroom configuration on (11) paragraphs and the adequacy of raising motivation was contained (10) paragraphs,the observation network were applied on 52 professors, in secondary education teacher training center in "Houari Boumediene" at Zaouia El Abidia secondary school , were selected in a manner comprehensive inventory, after making sure on their properties psychometric,after the application of the training program on the experimental group, showed the results of the statistical analysis of hypotheses using statistical packages in the social sciences v20 SPSS., and no statistically significant differences in the competency of classroom management differences ( degree college and dimensions) of the teachers between the experimental and control groups in telemetric in favor of the total experimental group.were the training program had a positive impact in the performance of new professors for classroom managment competencies , no statistical difference has been established in the classroom managment competencies (degree total) betewen the professors of the experimental group in telemetry by gender and specialization. The results of the study were explained in the light of educational literature and previous studies, In the light of these results, the study ended with application contents and theoretical contents ,and encourages other studies in the field.
