Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر نظام الحماية المعززة نظاما جديدا تم استحداثه بموجب البروتوكول الاضافي الثاني لعام 1999، فهو نظام كما يدل عليه اسمه جاء ليدعم ويعزز نظم الحماية التي توفرها اتفاقية لاهاي لعام 1954 للممتلكات الثقافية، وذلك بهدف ضمان درجة أعلى من الحماية للممتلكات الثقافية المشمولة بالحماية المعززة زمن النزاعات المسلحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية ; الممتلكات ; المعززة ; الثقافية ; النزاعات المسلحة. Abstract: Enhanced protection regulation is a new system developed under the Second Additional Protocol of 1999. As its name indicates, this system has been issued to support and strengthen the systems of protection provided by the 1954 Hague Convention on Cultural Property, in view of ensuring a higher degree of protection of enhanced cultural property protected in time of armed conflicts.
