تقدير الذات وعلاقته بالدافعية للانجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة بين تقدير الذات والدافعية للانجاز، والفروق بين تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي في درجات تقدير الذات ودرجات الدافعية للانجاز تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (ن=130) تلميذ وتلميذة، واعتمد الباحثان على مقياس تقدير الذات لبروس آهير، ومقياس الدافعية للانجاز لعبد الرزاق صالح الغامدي (2009)، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية عن وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين تقدير الذات والدافعية للانجاز، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الجنسين في درجات تقدير الذات ودرجات الدافعية للانجاز. This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-esteem and motivation for achievement, and the differences between the third year secondary students in self-esteem scores and motivation scores for achievement according to sex variable, and the sample of the study consisted of (n = 130) pupils. The researchers based on the self-esteem scale of Bruce Aher and the motivation measure of achievement by Abdul Razzaq Saleh Al-Ghamdi (2009). The results of the present study resulted in a statistically significant relationship between self-esteem and motivation for achievement, and no statistically significant gender differences in self-esteem and motivation scores for achievement.
