العنف ضد المرأة في قانون العقوبات الجزائري (نموذج العنف اللفظي)

Résumé: تعد ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة من أهم المواضيع التي ذاع صيتها كل أقطاب المعمورة ، فلم يقتصر على الصعيد المحلي بل شمل أيضا بصفة خاصة الساحة الدولية ،الأمر الذي انبثق عنه فكر المناداة بضرورة حماية المرأة من كل أشكال العنف الممارس ضدها ،و قد تم تقنين الفكرة في معظم تشريعات الدول بهدف ضمان استقرار المجتمع خاصة من التصرفات التي تمس الشخص الضعيف كالمرأة ،وتعد الجزائر من الدول التي بادرت بتقنين هذه الفكرة ، فتطلب الأمر إصدار تعديل لقانون العقوبات سنة 2015 ،تعرض فيه المشرع الى صور العنف الممارس ضد المرأة ، وعلى هذا الأساس تعد هذه الدراسة استشرافيه الهدف منها اظهار الجانب القانوني للتعنيف الممارس ضد المرأة في صورة اللفظ . Algeria is one of the countries that took the initiative to legalize this idea, The matter required the issuance of an amendment to the Penal Code in 2015, in which the legislator was exposed to the forms of violence practiced against women, and on this basis this study is considered a forward-looking study aimed at showing the legal aspect of violence practiced against women in verbal form.
