Résumé: (التطعيم مثل أي عمل طبي لا يخلو من المخاطر تماماً ؛ لأنه يمكن أن تحدث في بعض الحالات حوادث طبية بعد الحقن، وهو ما يثير نظاماً للمسؤولية عن الأضرار الي تلحق بالأفراد جراء ذلك ؛ لاسيما فيما يتعلق بشروط تنفيذ هذه المسؤولية و صعوبة إثباتها و العلاقة السببية بين التطعيم و الأعراض التي تليها ،حيث وجد أنه حتى في حال وصف نظام المسؤولية على أساس الخطأ من قبل الممارسين الطبيين يمكن أن يؤدي ذلك إلى تفسيرات قضائية كبيرة و متغيرة ؛ لذلك فإن هذه المقالة تقدم مجموعة من التساؤلات القانونية عن هذه المسؤولية غير الواضحة في هذا المجال والوقت بالذات المرتبط بالتطعيم ضد الفيروس التاجي كورونا- كوفيد 19-). Abstract : (Vaccination, like any medical act, is not completely without risks; Because in some cases medical accidents may occur after the injection, which raises a system of liability for damages to individuals as a result of this; Especially with regard to the conditions for implementing this responsibility and the difficulty of proving it and the causal relationship between vaccination and the symptoms that follow, where it was found that even if the system of responsibility is described on the basis of error by medical practitioners, this can lead to large and changing judicial interpretations; Therefore, this article presents a set of legal questions about this unclear responsibility in this particular area and time related to vaccination against the coronavirus - Covid 19-).
