الحماية القانونية للطفل ضد العنف-دراسة في مدى انسجام أحكام القانون الجزائري مع المعايير الدولية-

Résumé: إن تنشئة الطفل في بيئة يسودها الاحترام وتقوم على الدعم وتخلو من العنف عامل يساعد على تحقيق الشخصية الفردية المتوازنة لكل طفل ويعزز نموه كمواطن مسؤول يساهم بنشاط في المجتمع. تبين البحوث أن احتمال التصرف بعنف، في مرحلتي الطفولة والبلوغ، يقل لدى الأطفال الذين لم يتعرضوا للعنف وترعرعوا في محيط سليم، فمنع العنف في جيل معين يحد من احتمال وقوعه في الجيل اللاحق. وعليه، يشكل حماية الطفل من جميع أشكال العنف في المجتمع ومكافحتها هاجس الدولة والأسرة والمجتمع ككل، فطفل اليوم رجل الغد ومستقبل الأمة.
