تداعيات جائحة فيروس كورونا على سلاسل القيمة العالمية

Résumé: يهدف البحث الى دراسة وتحليل اهم تداعيات جائحة كورونا على سلاسل القيمة العالمية التي اضحت الشكل المميز لعولمة التجارة والاستثمار في العقود الاخيرة، وقد خلص الى انه بالرغم من ان اثار الجائحة لاتزال غير واضحة بشكل كبير الا انها تسببت في احداث تراجع في معدلات النمو الاقتصادي العالمي وصدمة في جانب العرض و الطلب و اضطراب في حركة التجارة والاستثمار العالمي. وقد ارتبط ذلك بتزايد درجة الترابط والاعتماد المتبادل بين مختلف دول العالم في ظل اعادة تشكيل جغرافيا سلاسل التصنيع و التوريد العالمي التي اصبحت الصين من اهم مراكزها الي جانب الو م ا و المانيا. حيث ادت التدابير المعتمدة لمواجهة انتشار الوباء من خلال الإغلاق الجزئي اوالكلي للمصانع وتقييد حركة التجارة والاستثمار وخدمات النقل البحري و الجوي الى احداث تذبذب في سلسلة التوريد وتأخر انطلاق المشاريع، وهو ما يتطلب تكثيف الجهود على جميع المستويات القطرية والاقليمية و الدولية لمنع انحسار سلاسل القيمة العالمية وضمان استدامتها ومرونتها. The research aims analyze the most important repercussions of the Corona virus pandemic on global value chains, which have become the hallmark of trade and investment globalization in recent decades. The research concluded that although the effects of the pandemic are still largely unclear, It has caused a decline in global economic growth, a shock in the supply and demand, and a disruption in the movement of global trade and investment. This has been linked to the increasing degree of interdependence between different countries of the world and the reshaping of the geography of global manufacturing and supply chains, which have become China among the most important centers besides USA and Germany. As the measures adopted to confront the spread of the pandemic through partial or total closures of factories and restricting the movement of trade and investment and maritime and air transport services led to fluctuations in the supply chain and delayed start-up of projects, which requires intensification of efforts at all national, regional and international levels to prevent the decline of global value chains and ensure Its sustainability and resilience.
