دراسة اثر سياسة توزيع الارباح على القيمة البورصية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية" دراسة عينة من المؤسسات المدرجة في سوق قطر للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة 2011-2012
Résumé: This Present Study Aimed At Contrasting And Measuring The Impact Of Dividend Policy On Market Value Of Economic Compagnies, Through Estimating A Model That Explain The Effect Of This Policy On The Overall Changes Of The Market’s Price Of This Shares « The Enterpris Value ». To Tackle The Present Study, We Needed Sample Of 25 Enterpris Listed In Qatar Stock Exchange Set In Several Sectors Whith The Exception Of The Financial Sector Within The Period Lasting Between 2011-2012. As Well As We Tried To Shed Light On The Most Common Forms Of Dividend Policy Influence On The Market Value Of The Company Through The Use Of The Multiple And Simple Linear Regression For The Making Of The Tests. The Present Study’s Conclusion Shows A Statistically Significant Relationship Between Dividend Policy And The Company’s Value At A Significance Level Of 5%. Its Show Also That The Cash Dividend Considered As One Of The Most Common Forms Having Impact On The Company’s Market Value.
