Résumé: The other had a share of the Algerian novel especially the one of French-speaking in which its image occupied the imagination of the Algerian and Francophone narrators and rich their literary production, So that this study seeks to show the picture of ( the other) in the Algerian francophone novel, How its writers presented the picture of ( the other) which is the European element ? And if it includes the colonised French other? Or the settler delegation in his country? And this through the two novels of " the Fire" of Mohammad Diib and "the Earth and Blood " of Mouloud Feraoun.
