الإستراتيجية الجديدة لحلف شمال الأطلسي وإدارة الأزمات في الشرق الأوسط

Résumé: تعد إدارة الأزمات هي بديل الدول الكبرى عن الحرب في تحقيق مصالحها أو حماية أمنها منذ نهاية الحرب الباردة، وشكل حلف شمال الأطلسي الأداة الأكثر فعالية في يد هذه الدول لتحقيق ذلك، بعد تجديد مبادئ إستراتيجيته، وتوسيع مهامه، في خضم ذلك أصبحت منطقة الشرق الأوسط هي المنطقة الأقرب لحلف شمال الأطلسي لتنفيذ هذه المبادئ والمهام، وذلك لارتباطها بمصالح الدول الأعضاء، وهو ما حدث في عدة مناسبة تجسدت من الحرب على الإرهاب إلى التدخل الإنساني، لذلك فإن هدف هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على هذه المهام وكيف وظفها الحلف في تحقيق مصالح الدول الأعضاء فيه، ويعتمد البحث في ذلك كل من المنهج الاستنباطي، ومنهج الآليات السببية. Abstract: Crisis management is considered an alternative for major countries to war, in achieving their interests or protecting their security since the end of the Cold War, and NATO has formed the most effective tool in the hands of these countries to achieve this, after renewing the principles of its strategy and expanding its tasks, Middle East region has become The region closest to NATO to implement these principles and tasks, due to their connection with the interests of the member states, which happened on several occasions, embodied from the war against terrorism to humanitarian intervention, so the goal of this research is to shed light on these tasks and how NATO used them to achieve the interests of its member states. And the research relies on that the deductive approach and the causal mechanisms approach.
