Résumé: في إطار جهود الدولة الجزائرية لمواكبة التطورات السريعة في مجال تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، بدأت الجزائر في تنفيذ عملية الرقمنة كاستراتيجية شاملة لجميع القطاعات، وخاصة القطاع الصحي الذي يعد من القطاعات الحيوية نظرًا لارتباطه بصحة وحياة الأفراد. وبما أن المرافق الصحية تعتبر من الأساسيات، فقد أولت الدولة اهتمامًا خاصًا لتطويرها وتحديثها، خاصة بعد أزمة كورونا 19 وما خلفته من آثار سلبية على النظام الصحي في الجزائر. يسعى القطاع الصحي، مثل باقي القطاعات الخدمية، إلى مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. لذا، تم التركيز على استخدام الوسائل الإلكترونية ورقمنة الأنشطة المختلفة بهدف تحقيق مستوى عالٍ من الجودة في هذه الخدمات. ومن هنا، تبرز أهمية تسليط الضوء على موضوع الرقمنة في القطاع الصحي العمومي، لفهم استراتيجية الرقمنة في المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية ودورها كعنصر أساسي في ضمان جودة الخدمات الصحية في الجزائر، بالإضافة إلى مساهمتها الفعالة في تقديم أفضل الخدمات الصحية بأعلى كفاءة وأقل تكلفة وفي أقصر وقت ممكن. As part of the Algerian state's efforts to keep pace with the rapid developments in the field of information and communication technology, Algeria has begun implementing a digitization process as a comprehensive strategy for all sectors, particularly the health sector, which is vital due to its connection to the health and lives of individuals. Since health facilities are considered essential, the state has given special attention to their development and modernization, especially after the COVID-19 crisis and the negative impacts it left on the health system in Algeria. The health sector, like other service sectors, aims to keep up with modern technological advancements and improve the quality of health services provided. Therefore, there has been a focus on using electronic means and digitizing various activities to achieve a high level of quality in these services. Hence, the importance of highlighting the topic of digitization in the public health sector emerges, to understand the digitization strategy in public healthcare institutions and its role as a fundamental element in ensuring the quality of health services in Algeria, in addition to its effective contribution to providing the best health services with the highest efficiency, lowest cost, and in the shortest possible time.
