تأثير الرقمنة على جودة الخدمات الفندقية –دراسة حالة عينة من الفنادق المصنفة لولايات الشرق-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر الرقمنة على جودة الخدمات الفندقية؛ مع محاولة دراسة واقع هذه العلاقة على عينة من الفنادق المصنفة لولايات الشرق. ففي ظل بيئة ديناميكية تتميز بالتعقيد والتغير المستمر، تسعى مؤسسات الخدمات الفندقية كغيرها من المؤسسات الخدمية لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة التي تشهدها بيئتها، وايجاد أفضل الآليات لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة لنزلائها. ويتجلى ذلك في التحول نحو الاستخدامات الإلكترونية ورقمنة أنشطتها المختلفة في إطار السعي إلى التحسين من جودة خدماتها. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the impact of digitization on the quality of hotel services; With an attempt to study the reality of this relationship on a sample of hotels classified in the eastern states. In a dynamic environment characterized by complexity and constant change, hotel services institutions, like other service institutions, seek to keep pace with the modern technological developments in their environment, and to find the best mechanisms to improve the services provided to their guests. This is reflected in the shift towards electronic uses and the digitization of its various activities in an effort to improve the quality of its services.
