فعالية برنامج عقود ما قبل التشغيل في إدماج خريجي الجامعة الجزائرية مهنيا The Effectiveness Of The Pre-employment Contracts Program In Professionally Integrating Of Algerian University Graduates

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على ما حققه برنامج عقود ما قبل التشغيل بعد مدة من تطبيقه، وهذا من خلال الوقوف على الوضعية المهنية للمتعاقدين بالمؤسسات المستخدمة التي تم إلحاقهم بها. تم توظيف منهجين في هذا البحث، المنهج الإحصائي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأنجزت هذه الدراسة على عينة حجمها 54 مبحوثا (08 ذكور و46 إناث). توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن برنامج عقود ما قبل التشغيل لم يحقق لجميع خريجي الجامعة تطلعاتهم ولم يستجيب للجانب الاجتماعي بل حتى المادي لهم، من منطلق أنه حل مؤقت، إلا أنه كان فعالا من حيث إكساب خريج الجامعة مهارات وخبرة تساعدهم على الولوج في سوق العمل بثقة كاملة، كما أن غالبية من استجوبناهم تحصلوا على مناصب عمل بعد انتهاء مدة عقودهم لما قبل التشغيل. الكلمات المفتاحية: بطالة، فعالية، إدماج، عقود ما قبل التشغيل، خريجي الجامعة. Abstract : This study aims to determine what the pre-employment contracts program has achieved after a period of its implementation, by examining the professional status of contractors in the employing institutions to which they have been attached. Two methodologies were employed in this research, the statistical method and the analytical descriptive method, and this study was completed on a sample size of 54 respondents (08 males and 46 females). This study concluded that the pre-employment contracts program did not achieve all university graduates their aspirations and did not respond to the social aspect, even the financial aspect to them, on the grounds that it is a temporary solution, but it was effective in terms of providing the university graduate with skills and experience that help them enter the labor market with full confidence Moreover, the majority of those we interviewed obtained job positions after the expiry of their pre-employment contracts.
