Résumé: ملخص: نتناول ضمن هذه الدراسة دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين مؤسستين دستوريتين مختلفتين هما مجلس الدولة و المجلس الدستوري على اعتبار الأول جهاز رقابي تابع للقضاء الاداري و الثاني جهاز رقابي تابع للقضاء الدستوري و دورهما في المجال الرقابي . Abstract : In this study, we examine the nature of the relationship between two different constitutional institutions: the State Council and the Constitutional Council. The first is a supervisory body of the administrative judiciary, and the second is a supervisory body of the constitutional judiciary, and their role in the controlling of legal texts .
