العوامل المؤدية للتسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العوامل المؤدية إلى التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة، وهذا باستقصاء أراء عينة من المتربصين الذين سبق أن تخلوا عن الدراسة والتحقوا بمؤسسات التكوين المهني. تكونت العينة من (103) تلميذا أجابوا على استبيان يشتمل على 40 بند موزعاً على 3 محاور(العوامل الاجتماعية، العوامل النفسية، العوامل التربوية). أظهرت النتائج مجموعة من العوامل الأكثر تأثيرا في التسرب المدرسي تمثلت في سوء الحالة المادية للأسرة، وسيطرة الخجل داخل القسم، وعدم الرضا عن العلامات، واهتمام المعلمين بالتلاميذ النجباء بالمقارنة مع الآخرين. وبشكل عام، أظهرت النتائج أن العوامل التربوية هي الأكثر تأثيرا على التسرب المدرسي بالمقارنة مع العوامل الأخرى. This study aimed to reveal the factors that lead to the school dropout among middle school students, by surveying the opinions of a sample of trainees who had previously abandoned their study and joined vocational training institutions. The sampleconsisted of (103) traineeresponded to a questionnaire of 40 items distributed onthree axes (social, psychological, and educational factors).The results showed a set of factors that most affect the school dropout, mainly represented in the poor financial condition of the family, overcome of timidity within the class, grades dissatisfaction, and teachers’ interest on the excellent students. Overall, the results showed that educational factors are the most influential on school dropout compared to others.
