Effets De La Densité De Réticulation Et De La Concentration Du Copolymère Hema-co-eha Caractérisation Par Ftir Et Par Dsc.
Résumé: This work is divided into two parts; the first concerns the synthesis of poly(HEMA-co-EHA / HDDA) copolymer networks, while the second is dedicated to the characterization of these networks by three different techniques, to know that the swelling in two organic solvents, then differential scanning calorimetry and finally scanning electron microscopy. The development of our copolymer networks was studied by kinetic photo-polymerization monitoring using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The study of the swelling kinetics of these networks has shown that the decrease in the concentration of HEMA and the increase in EHA lead to a decrease in the swelling rate of these networks in THF and an increase in methanol. Characterization by the DSC has shown that our networks have two Tg, which implies that our mixtures are immiscible. Finally, the study of morphology by SEM has made it possible to deduce that by decreasing the concentration of HEMA and increasing that of EHA, our networks pass from a crystalline state to a semi-crystalline state.
