Résumé: This research aims to determine the extent of the relationship between social responsibility and the performance of employees from the point of view of a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea, according to a descriptive and analytical approach, where “social responsibility” was measured as an independent variable with its dimensions. The following: after employment, after training, quality of work life and after social services The research community consists of all professors of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea, where a random sample was selected from that community estimated at 35 Professor, questionnaires were distributed to them, and (30) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. The research included a set of null hypotheses, and re ached a number of results, the most important of which are: - There is approval from the fourth direction, “agreement degree” according to the Likert scale shown in the second topic of the applied chapter by the study sample that there is an adoption of the concept of social responsibility at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea from the point of view of the study sample This is entirely the axis. - There is approval from the fourth direction, “agreement degree” according to the Likert scale shown in the second topic of the applied chapter by the study sample that there is an acceptable level of performance at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea from the point of view of the study sample This is entirely the axis. • There is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of social responsibility combined on improving the performance of human resources (profes sors) in the College of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the statistical significance level of 0.05, where the correlation coefficient between the dimensions of social responsibility and job performance in the studied institution r eached R=0.500 when The significance level is 0.05 and the degree of freedom is (4.25), which indicates that there is an average correlation between the two variables, and the value of the interpretation coefficient R2 = 0.420, which means that the dimensions of social responsibility combined may explain 42% of the changes that occur in improving job performance, and the remaining 58% Refer to other factors. • That there is a significant impact of the employment dimension on improving the performance of human resources (professors) in the College of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the statistical significance level of 0.05. • That is, there is a statistically significant effect of the training and development dimension on achieving job performance in the studied institution at the statistical significance level of 0.05. • That is, there is a statistically significant effect of the social services dimension on achieving job performance in the studied institution at the statistical significance level of 0.05. • There are no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample about social responsibility and human resource performance due to gender. • There are statistically significant differences bet ween the average estimates of the study sample about social responsibility and the performance of human resources in the studied institution due to the age variable. • There are no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample about social responsibility in the studied institution due to the educational level • There are no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample about social responsibility in the studied institution d ue to the years of experience in the institution.
