التعامل الرسمي مع الإعلام التلفزي في الجزائر من خلال قانوني الإعلام والنشاط السمعي البصري

Résumé: يتمحور المقال حول كيفية تعامل السلطة في الجزائر مع الإعلام المرئي أو التلفزي، بداية من جانفي 2011، من خلال سن القانون العضوي المتعلق بالنشاط السمعي البصري من جهة، ومراجعة قانون الإعلام من جهة أخرى، وإبراز مدى استجابتها لمطلب تحرير القطاع من الاحتكار السلطوي وتوسيع دائرة الحرية فيه. ولقد خلص الباحث، إلى أن السلطات العمومية في الجزائر، مازالت مستمرة في فرض هيمنتها على هذا القطاع، على الرغم من فتحه أمام المتعاملين الخواص وإنهاء حالة الاحتكار المؤسساتي، من خلال مجموعة من الشروط والإجراءات والعقوبات العديدة، التي ضمنتها في القانون السمعي البصري، على وجه الخصوص، ما يشير إلى وجود، على الأقل، تحفظات لديها من مطلب تحرير القطاع فعليا. The topic of the article revolves around how does the Algerian authority deal with the visual or television media, after the internal protests escalated, beginning in january 2011, via enactment of organic law related to audiovisual activity on one hand, and reviewing the media law on the other hand, in controlling this sector and highlighting its response to the demand to liberate the sector from the authoritarian monopoly and expand the circle of freedom in it. And the researcher has concluded that the public authorities in Algeria still dominate this sector despite its opening to private dealers and the end of the institutional monopoly, through a set of conditions ,procedures and the numerous punishments, that is included in the audiovisual law in particular ,what indicates that it has reservations about the demand to liberalize the sector
