تأثير جائحة كورونا(كوفيد-19) على التكفل الأرطوفوني بأطفال طيف التوحد بالوسط الجزائري

Résumé: The study explores the impact of the Corona Pandemic (Covid-19) on the on the speech therapy of the autism spectrum in Algeria, and to see how well the speech language therapist specialists keep up with the new developments imposed by the pandemic, in light of the increasing spread of the virus in the world, offset by the decline in health services The psychological and speech therapy services provided to different segments of society especially with the segment of people with special needs in the category of children of the autism spectrum, the latter, which require special care and services, the speech therapy services that specialists have been providing to the testers were not a prevention of the negative effects of the pandemic, especially during the quarantine period, The current study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, on a sample of 58 speech language therapist researches, by distributing an electronic questionnaire form and applying it to a sample of speech language therapy specialists in Algeria, and the study found that the Corona pandemic had a negative impact on speech therapy care for autistic spectrum children. تستكشف الدراسة تأثير جائحة كورونا(كوفيد-19) على التكفل الأرطوفوني بأطفال طيف التوحد، والوقوف على مدى مواكبة المختصين الأرطوفونين للمستجدات التي فرضتها الجائحة، في ظل ما يشهده العالم من انتشار متزايد للفيروس، قابل ذلك تدني الخدمات الصحية والنفسية والأرطوفونية المقدمة لمختلف شرائح المجتمع، لاسيما مع شريحة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من فئة أطفال طيف التوحد، هذه الأخيرة التي تستلزم رعاية وخدمات خاصة، فالخدمات الأرطوفونية التي دأب المختصين على تقديمها للمفحوصين لم تكن بمنئ عن التأثيرات السلبية للجائحة وبالأخص خلال فترة الحجر الصحي، الأمر الذي استلزم من الأخصائيين البحث عن وسائل تكنولوجيا بديلة تقدم عن بعد وتستجيب لمتطلبات الظرف الصحي بهدف التكفل الأمثل بهذه الفئة، وفي هذا السبيل اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة مكونة من 58 مبحوثا متخصصا في الأرطوفونيا، من خلال توزيع استمارة استبيان الكتروني وتطبيقه على عينة من المختصين الأرطوفونين في الجزائر، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جائحة كورونا أثرت تأثيرا سلبيا على التكفل الأرطوفوني بأطفال طيف التوحد.
