انعكاسات الحجر الصحي أثناء جائحة كورونا على أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد

Résumé: الملخص: تناولت الدراسة الحالية الانعكاسات النفسية والسلوكية للحجر الصحي أثناء تقشي فيروس كورونا على الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد، وبالنظر لطبيعة الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع هذه الدراسة، ولجمع البيانات تم الاعتماد على استبيان تم توزيعه الكترونيا على أولياء أطفال التوحد، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن فترة الحجر الصحي أثناء تفشي فيروس كورونا كان له عدة انعكاسات على أطفال التوحد من بينها زيادة حدة المشاكل السلوكية التي كان يعاني منها أطفال التوحد كإيذاء النفس والعدوانية، وأيضا ظهور بعض المشاكل السلوكية التي لم يكونوا يعانون منها قبلا كفرط الحركة والصراخ، وأهم الصعوبات التي واجهت أولياء أطفال التوحد هي إدارة وقت الفراغ و إدارة الأنشطة اليومية، وأهم المساعدات التي احتاجها أطفال التوحد هي دعم الرعاية الصحية في المنزل و تخفيف قيود الحجر الصحي. Abstract: This study examined the psychological and behavioural impacts of quarantine during coronavirus on autistic children. Depending on the nature of the study, we relied the descriptive method, and that data collection was based on a questionnaire distributed electronically to parents of autistic children .The study concluded that the quarantine period had several implications for autistic children. , including the increased severity of behavioural problems experienced by autistic children such as self-harm and hostility, and the emergence of certain problems Behaviour that they have not suffered before, such as hyperactivity and screaming. And the most important difficulties faced by parents of autistic children is the management of free time and the management of daily activities , The most important aid needed for autistic children is to support health care at home and ease quarantine restrictions.
