شخصية الداودي الفقهية، الخصائص والأثر

Résumé: يحاول البحث أن يساهم في إبراز عالم من علماء الجزائر المغمورين، وبما قدمه من جهود واضحة، في مختلف علوم الشريعة، وفي الفقه الإسلامي خصوصاً، ولا شك أن اجتهادات الداودي ظلت محل اهتمام العلماء الذين جاؤا بعده، والسؤال الذي نحاول الإجابة عنه من خلال هذا البحث هو: بماذا تميزت اجتهادات الداودي الفقهية، وجعلها تحوز كل تلك المكانة عند العلماء ؟ مستهدفاً في ذلك التعريف بشخصية الداودي الفقهية، ومحاولة الوقوف على منهجه في دراسته للمسائل الفقهية، وبيان أثره فيمن جاء بعده، وقد استطعت أن أصل بعد هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ الداودي برع في عدة علوم، وكان له منهج منضبط في تناوله للفقه، وأنّ مصنفاته كانت محل استفادة ممن جاء بعده من العلماء من مختلف البلاد والمذاهب. The research tries to contribute to highlighting one of Algeria’s obscure scholars, and his clear efforts, in the various sciences of Sharia, and in Islamic jurisprudence in particular, there is no doubt that Al-Daoudi’s jurisprudence remained the focus of the scholars who came after him, and the question that we are trying to answer through this research is: What distinguished Daoudi’s jurisprudence, and made it attain all that status among scholars? Aiming in that to define Daoudi’s jurisprudential personality, and to try to identify his approach in his study of jurisprudence issues, and to show his impact on those who came after him, and I was able to arrive after this study to the fact that Daoudi excelled in several sciences, and he had a disciplined approach in his handling of jurisprudence, and that his works were the subject of Benefit from those who came after him from scholars from different countries and sects.
