اللّغة العربيّة وثورة المعلومات والاتّصال من خلال علي القاسمي

Résumé: الملخّص: يلاحظ على المشهد العام للمجتمع المعاصر تزايدا مستمرا في حجم المعرفة التكنولوجيّة، فأصبحت المجتمعات تعيش نسقا معرفيّا تكنولوجيّا يزداد انسجاما وشموخا، وفي إطار هذا النّسق تواجه اللّغات بصفة عامة إشكاليّة التنميّة الحاسوبيّة التّي فرضتها حقبة المعرفة التكنولوجيّة، ولهذا الأمر أطلق علي القاسمي مقترحا لتحضير اللّغة العربيّة حاسوبيّا في إطار التّموقع في عصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، وقد سمّى هذا المقترح "تنميّة اللّغة العربية حاسوبيّا في عصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال". لذا نهدف لمقاربة حدود وآفاق الرؤية القاسميّة لتنميّة اللّغة العربيّة حاسوبيّا. فكيف أقام القاسمي المعاملة مع الحقبة التّكنولوجيّة؟ وماهي سبل وفرص العربيّة للاندماج الحاسوبي؟ وهل يمكنها مقاومة القفزة التّكنولوجيّة الحداثيّة؟ وماهي العلوم الواجب كسبها؟ Abstract : Nowdays society lives a continuos increas in volum of technological khnowledg, whereas the mode is better harmony and highness. However, languages by and large confront the computational evolution speed problem imposed by technological knowledge period. That’s what made ALI QASMI suggest a proposition making Arabic language ready for computing to book a position in the communication and information technologies era, which called ‘’ computer development of arabic language In the communication and information technologies era’’.however, we aim to define border and outlook of the QASEMY vision to develop arabic language. So, how Did AL-QASEMY think for this technology period ? What are the ways and opportunities for Arabic for computer integration? Can it resist modern technology ? whate are sciences should be obtained ?
