Résumé: ملخص باللغة العربیة : ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ ان الثقة هي الاساس التي تقوم عليه العلاقة بين الطبیب ومریضه وافضل آلية لترسيخ هذه الثقة هي توخي الشفافية خلال الاجراءات وقبلها، على هذا الاساس فمجال تبصير المريض بالتدخل الطبي وما ينتج عنه من نتائج متوقعة او غير متوقعة واي نقص او نصح او ترشيد للمريض يقع على عاتق الطبيب ملتزما في ذلك بتتبع كافة التطورات والمستجدات في المجال الطبي حتى يفي بالتزامه بإعلام المريض بشكل واضح وجلي ، هذا الامر الذي يؤدي الى المساهمة في تطور وتقدم الخدمات الطبية العلاجية بوجه عام وتحسين وضعية المريض بوجه خاص .
