مساهمة جباية شركات الإتصال في تمويل الخزينة العمومية دراسة تحليلية للسنوات (2013-2022)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة جباية شركات الإتصال في تمويل الخزينة العمومية في الجزائر لفترة (2013- 2022)، حاولنا الإلمام بمختلف الجوانب النظرية المرتبطة بمتغيرات الدراسة، بحيث ركزنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح مساهمة جباية شركات الإتصال في الخزينة العمومية، وإعتمدنا على المسح الوثائقي للتصاريح الشركات على مستوى مديرية كبريات المؤسسات، وقد خلصت الدراسة بأن حصيلة TVA قدره بمبلغ 56,40 مليار دج وIBS في حدود 23,03 مليار دج وهم من أهم الموارد الجبائية المحصلة، وأظهرت النتائج بأن شركات الهاتف النقال تملك أكبر مساهمة تفوق 70% مقارنة بشركات الهاتف الثابت، لكن تبقى هذه النسبة منخفضة لم تتجاوز 3,20% في الجباية العادية الكلمات المفتاحية : جباية ؛ شركات الإتصال؛ الخزينة العمومية ؛ Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent to which the liaison companies have contributed to the financing of the public treasury in Algeria for a period of time. (2013- 2022) We tried to familiarize ourselves with the various theoretical aspects associated with the study's variables, so that we focused on the analytical descriptive curriculum to clarify the contribution of taxation to the public treasury, and relied on the documentary survey of corporate permits at the level of the Directorate of Major Enterprises, and the study concluded that the TVA result is 56, 40 billion DZD and IBS in the range of 23.03 billion DZD, which is one of the most important fiscal resources taxation. The results showed that mobile phone companies have the largest contribution of more than 70% compared to fixed telephone companies, but this percentage remains low and does not exceed 3.20% in normal taxation Keywords: taxation; Communication companies; Public treasury;
