واقع ممارسة التفكير الإستراتيجي دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من مسؤولي المؤسسات العمومية والاقتصادية لولاية بسكرة -الجزائر
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى عينة من مسؤولي المؤسسات العمومية والاقتصادية لولاية بسكرة-الجزائر. وسيتم التعرف في هذه الدراسة على مفهوم التفكير الاستراتيجي والتركيز على معرفة درجة ممارسات التفكير الاستراتيجي في المؤسسات محل الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى المسؤولين تختلف تبعا لنوع المؤسسة. حيث كانت نتائج ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة بدرجة متوسطة إلى قليلة. في حين كانت النتائج في المؤسسات العمومية محل الدراسة بدرجة قليلة إلى منعدمة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the reality of the practice of strategic thinking among a sample of officials of public institutions and economic of Biskra (Algeria). This study will identify the concept of strategic thinking and focus on the degree of knowledge of the practices of strategic thinking in the enterprises of the study sample. The results showed that the practice of strategic thinking by the responsibles depends on the type of enterprise. The results of the practice of strategic thinking in economic enterprises of the study sample vary from medium to few. While the results of the public enterprises vary from the low degree to non-existent.
