Synthèses Des Dérivés Des Acides Carboxyliques - Acide Acétique Et Gallique-, Et Détermination De Leurs Activités Antibactériennes
Résumé: Acetic acid , gallic acid and derivatives are well known for their use as preservative gents excellent in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics. In this memory , we described the conventional methods used in the derivatives synthesis of acetic acid such as ethyl acetate, hydrazide acetate and 5- methyl -1,3,4- oxadiazole -2 (3H) -thion , and gallic acid derivatives such as ethyl gallate, hydrazide gallate, and 5- ( 2,3,4trihydroxy phenyl) -1,3,4 -oxadiazole -2 (3H ) thion , that were successfully synthesized and studied for their antibacterial activity. These compounds were prepared from acetic acid and gallic acid respectively as starting materials. 87 The structural determination of these compounds was made on the basis of the chemical physical analysis such as infrared spectroscopy and thin layer chromatography. The synthesized compounds were tested for their antibacterial activity against four bacterial strains; Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Klebsiella and Staphylococcus aureus peunmoniae , that have shown from good to moderate activity.
