خدمات المعلومات للمستفيدين في البيئة الأكاديمية: مكتبة المدرسة العليا للتجارة بالجزائر أنموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على خدمات المعلومات التي تقدمها مكتبة المدرسة العليا للتجارة بالجزائر من أجل استخدام مصادرها ومقتنياتها أحسن استخدام، وهي تتضمن مختلف الوظائف والإجراءات والتسهيلات التي تقوم بها المكتبة من أجل خلق الظروف المناسبة لوصول الباحث أو إشباع ما لديه من حاجات للمعلومات، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من الخلاصات بفضل إجراءات عملية وفنية، تتمثل في تجميع المعلومات، وتحليلها، وتنظيمها وتوفير اليد العاملة المتخصصة من ذوي الخبرة العملية والأكاديمية وكذا وسائل الاتصال وأجهزة معلومات مختلفة، ويمكن تقديم هذه المعلومات بأنواع متعددة من الخدمات بشكل تقليدي أو آلي من طرف المكتبة قيد الدراسة. The purpose of the study is to identify the information services provided by the library of the Higher School of Commerce in Algeria for a better use of their resources. To reach the information needs of the users, various functions, procedures and facilities of the library were investigated for an effective use of the library. Thanks to technical and practical procedures a group of recommendations were obtained such as collecting, analyzing and organizing information and providing better qualified workers with more practical and academic experiences. Communication tools and various information systems should be provided too. All information could be reached either through traditional services or automated ones provided by the studied library.
